Workout Streaks
The calendar keeps score.
Your streak counts the workout days you actually showed up for, next to a 30-day rate and an all-time total. The calendar colors every scheduled day: green for done, red for missed, outlined for what's coming.
Streaks here are built around your schedule, not a daily guilt treadmill. Rest days do not break anything. Miss a day and the count takes the hit, then the next training day is right there waiting. Signed in with your Apple ID, the whole history follows you to any phone.

Streak, 30-day, all time
Three numbers at the top of the app every day. They only move one way: by you showing up.
A month you can read at a glance
Done days go green, missed days go red, upcoming days stand outlined. A good month looks like a good month.
Rest days are safe
Only scheduled training days count against you. The system is robust to real life; it just resumes on the next workout day.
