How to report alleged copyright infringement on Gym Bully AI, and how to submit DMCA notices and counter-notifications.

Gym Bully AI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through Gym Bully AI infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Agent (below) that includes substantially the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, with enough detail (such as a URL or screen location) for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the Designated Agent above, including: your signature; identification of the removed content and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
