Delete Your Account

This page is for Gym Bully AI on Google Play and the App Store, operated by Fenwick Holdings LLC.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open Gym Bully AI and make sure you're signed in.
2. Go to Settings, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm Delete account.

Your account and its data are deleted right away and you're signed out. The app stays on your phone and keeps working signed out.

If the app is showing the subscription screen, tap Delete account next to "Signed in as".

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first:

• Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
• iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Can't open the app?

Email gymbullyai@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account":

• Send it from the email address you signed in with.
• Say whether you used Google or Apple.
• Include your username if you set one (Settings, then Account).

If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, your username is how we find your account. If you never set one, delete from the app instead.

We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email address, Google or Apple sign-in ID, username, and any lifetime access on it.
• Everything backed up to your account: settings, weigh-ins, height and goal weight, food log, workouts, gym sessions and personal records, training phases, progress photos and their body fat readings, and meal photos.
• Your check-in history, including where you checked in. Check-in photos are kept for now: email us and we'll delete them by hand.
• Take My Lunch Money: your pledge, your penalty history in our records, and your saved card. We delete your customer record at Stripe, our payment processor.
• Your workout completion history and the record of reminders we sent you.
• On this phone, the app clears your weigh-ins, food log, sessions, photos, name, goals and gym. Your bully, schedule and workout plans stay so the app keeps working.

What we keep, and for how long

• Your phone's reminder registration: your bully, schedule, time zone, and your gym's location if you set one. It stays while the app is installed, so reminders keep working signed out. When you uninstall the app, those details are cleared the next time we try to reach your phone (usually within a day), and the rest of the record is deleted 90 days later. Email us to remove it sooner.
• Bug reports and suggestions you sent, without the link to your account.
• Usage analytics tied to the app's install ID rather than your account: which setup steps were seen, when the subscription screen was shown, and purchases.
• Purchase and creator-code records, ours and those of our subscription processor, RevenueCat, kept for accounting, tax, and refunds.
• Records Stripe, Google, or Apple must keep under their own terms, such as card charges and store purchases.
